- 100 g friptura de vita la gratar are doar 120 calorii, in timp ce aceeasi carne tocata invelita in foi de placinta are 224 calorii, iar prajita, impreuna cu o chifla &#8211; 410 calorii! Cu o portie de cartofi prajiti, masa de pranz creste spectaculos la 670 de calorii. &#8211; <strong>104 calorii diferenta</strong><br />
- Farfuria cu spaghete carbonara (600 calorii) poate fi inlocuita cu una de spaghete simple, cu sos salsa (de rosii), 360 calorii. &#8211; <strong>240 calorii diferenta</strong><br />

<p>100 de calorii inseamna 1 sticla de 250 ml Coca-Cola, 50 g caise uscate, 15 g ciocolata cu lapte si alune, doua mere mari sau&#8230; 38 de sticle Coca-Cola light!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Nu suna rau, mai ales ca <strong>ananasul</strong> este un fruct delicios. Nu stiu care este pretul unui fruct proaspat dar nu cred ca este foarte mare.<br />
Daca nu il gasim pe piata cu siguranta o sa-l gasim la hypermarketuri. Aceasta cura tine 10 zile, timp in care trebuie sa consumi doar ananas si multa multa apa.</p>
<p>Stiu ca pare greu dar sa va invat un truc. Cautati in plafare pastilele <strong>Bio Slim</strong>. Sunt naturale 100% si provoaca o stare de satietate si deasemenea inhiba pofta de mancare,<br />
Asta asa, ca sa ne fie mai usor, sa putem rezista 10 zile fara mancare. Hm, nu am gasit nimic despre cafea, sper sa nu fie un lichid interzis pentru ca nu pot fara aceasta placere neagra.<br />
Deci, la aceasta cura se consuma doar ananas proaspat, nu conservat, trebuie mancat cate un fruct mare pe zi, fruct ce-l impartim in 3 bucati.<br />
O bucata pentru micul dejun, una pentru pranz si una pentru cina. Nu uitati sa consumati multa multa apa.<br />
Eu de azi mi-am propus un target si anume sa beau 2 l de apa/zi.<br />
Ce ziceti, incercam?</p>
